Community Structure of Freshwater Microalgae in Jangkok River, Lombok Indonesia

The microalgae community structure in an aquatic ecosystem is strongly influenced by environmental factors. One of the rivers Indonesia, located inhe island Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Jangkok River. River widely used residents for activities, including industry, cultivation, waste disposal, and others. This study aimed to determine research was carried out with exploration descriptive method quantitative qualitative approaches. Data were analyzed quantitatively calculating Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H’), Uniformity (E) Dominance (d). results showed that categorized as moderate (H' = 2.66), uniformity (E 0.66), dominance indicate there no dominant species a value (D 0.13).
